Jennifer Beals

Jennifer Beals took North America by storm when she starred in the movie, 'FlashDance'. Anyone who plays a role where she is both a welder and an exotic dancer is definitely a babe in my books. Though she fell slightly from grace after it was revealed that dancing routines in the movie were performed in some parts by stand-ins. She is still no doubt the ingredient that made the movie worked.

She was the catalyst to many trends of that era. Girls everywhere were imitating her wild messy hairstyle, wearing oversized ripped sweaters, and joining dance classes. As if being beautiful was not enough, she's also very intelligent; having graduated from Yale while doing various movie bits during her summer breaks.

Adding to her babe-worthiness, Jennifer is an avid photog. She has done quite an extensive roster of movies, though mostly forgettable. However, she's causing a stir again by starring in the controversial televison series about lesbians called 'The L Word'. Doesn't get any hotter than that right? Jennifer still looks incredible now as she did when she captured the hearts of fans. I'll look forward to much more from Jennifer in the future!
